First steps in the corporate world
Before entering the tech and delivery industry, Dhindsa has experience in consulting and finance. He began his career as a Transportation Analyst at URS Corporation (2005-2007) and later as a Senior Associate at Cambridge Systematics (2007-2010). Over nearly 12 years, he grew Blinkit into one of the country’s leading quick commerce platforms.During his tenure, Blinkit was known for its efficient operations, smart logistics, and quick delivery. It also became an important element of Eternal’s expansion. Dhindsa’s experience at Blinkit has prepared him for his current role of leading the entire Eternal.
Leading Eternal into the future
With Albinder Dhindsa stepping in as the new CEO, Eternal begins a new chapter. Dhindsa’s own journey, from IIT Delhi to Columbia, from consulting to Zomato, and then Blinkit, is a combination of excellent education, global exposure, and practical experience. Now, he will lead multiple businesses, focus on growth, and keep innovation moving forward. Goyal will stay on the board to provide stability, while Dhindsa brings fresh energy and practical expertise.
Together, they plan to guide Eternal through its next stage of growth in India’s fast-changing digital commerce market.
