The WWE Raw returned on Monday after a captivating and emotional Saturday Night's Main Event, featuring John Cena's last match.

The action-packed episode of Monday Night Raw entertained fans in India and around the world on December 15.

A large crowd at the GIANT Centre in Pennsylvania witnessed the event featuring multiple high-intense matches after an emotional Saturday Night’s Main Event, where the great John Cena bid farewell to the ring.

The Usos collided with The New Day, while Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio returned to action. Here is how all the results at this week’s WWE Raw panned out.

Usos Face New Day

A tag team face-off saw Jey and Jimmy Uso join hands against the New Day pairing of Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. As the two teams reignited their longstanding feud, fans got to witness a captivating battle. Notably, Grayson Waller was present for New Day’s support. His presence played a part in the contest as he was booted away from the ringside following an interruption against the Usos. Jey and Jimmy gained control of the proceedings later on with a series of powerful moves and eventually sealed their victory.

Rey Mysterio Takes On Logan Paul

Trying to settle their issues, Mysterio and Paul played aggressively from the beginning. When Paul tried to rile him up with words, Mysterio responded with a slap across his face. Curiously, the referee ignored Paul using his belt to hit Mysterio, which allowed him to take control of the game for a while. But then Mysterio regained his strong footing with a moonsault.

Chaotic scenes unfolded from then on as Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker arrived for an interruption before CM Punk fended them away with a chair. Then, a masked man hit Mysterio with a Stomp while the referee was distracted. This allowed Paul to hit a decisive splash at Mysterio and ensure his win.

Women’s Singles Contests

In the women’s leg of the night, Maxxine Dupri took on Ivy Nile to try and defend her women’s Intercontinental Championship crown. The two wrestlers fought hard in a match where the fortunes shifted back and forth throughout. In the dying moments, however, Dupri tilted the scales her way after eventually strangling her opponent with an ankle lock and forcing a submission.

Stephanie Vaquer’s match against Raquel Rodriguez was another point of attraction for the WWE fans as they tried to exert their dominance on each other. It was a solid performance from the two wrestlers, which deserved a better ending. The match ended in a no-result after Nikki Bella attacked them both, forcing the referee to call off the proceedings.
