Ajit Pawar, Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief, died in a plane crash on Wednesday, January 28. Three other people also lost their lives in the tragic plane crash. According to reports, Pawar was flying from Mumbai to Baramati. The plane, which took off from Mumbai around 8 am, crashed near Baramati airport about an hour later while attempting to land.
