Candace Owens said she received this detail from a tip and later confirmed it with the girl, who has been identified publicly only as Jillian.Candace Owens wrote that after learning where the girl lived, she felt it was “utterly impossible to ignore the pattern.” She also said, “To be clear, I am not accusing Erika of having committed any crime.
