Chinna Reddy meets Kharge, seeks Rajya Sabha nomination

Vice Chairman of the State Planning Board G. Chinna Reddy met AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge in New Dehi and held detailed discussions on the current political situation in Telangana and the performance of the Congress in the recent elections. During the meeting, Mr Chinna Reddy also reminded the AICC chief of the party’s earlier assurance to nominate him to the Rajya Sabha and requested that the commitment be honoured at the appropriate time.
