A 48-year-old construction worker allegedly ended his life after an argument with his wife at a construction site in Bengaluru’s Amruthahalli on Thursday.
According to the police, the deceased Rajendra, who was living at the construction site, called his wife demanding ₹20,000. A heated argument ensued when his wife refused to comply with his demand. In a fit of rage, Rajendra allegedly got drunk and ended his life. The incident came to light when a few students who went to the adjacent building found the body.
The Amruthahalli police have registered a case of unnatural death and are conducting further investigation.
