The incident took place in Sector 32 of Rohini, near the Mahashakti Kali Temple, within the Begumpur police station area.

A youth fell into an open drain in Delhi’s Rohini on Tuesday evening, prompting authorities to launch a rescue operation to trace the missing person, said officials.

It comes days after a biker died after plunging into an uncovered construction pit in West Delhi’s Janakpuri.

According to the Delhi Fire Service, Tuesday’s incident took place in Sector 32 of Rohini, near the Mahashakti Kali Temple, within the Begumpur police station area.

Delhi Police and multiple rescue teams were rushed to the spot soon after receiving information and launched an intensive search operation.
