DXC opens flagship AI-first customer experience center in Bengaluru

DXC Technology has announced the opening of its new 200,000-square-foot Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru, one of its largest global delivery hubs. The facility strengthens DXC’s India presence and is designed to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to scaled deployment, reinforcing the company’s global network of customer collaboration sites.Located in Bengaluru’s technology corridor, the center brings together Customer Experience Zones, Fluid Collaboration Hubs, Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs, and Partner Experience Zones. These spaces are built to enable DXC teams, customers, and partners to co-create solutions, accelerate AI adoption, and showcase innovation in real time.Ramnath Venkataraman, President of Consulting & Engineering Services at DXC, said: “Our new Customer Experience Center brings together our exceptional engineering talent in a space designed for deeper collaboration with customers and partners, where we can co-create, engineer, and scale AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges.”The facility includes DXC’s flagship AI Hub, alongside a Cyber Range, Forensics Labs, Security Operations Center, and Network Operations Center. These integrated capabilities support full lifecycle delivery — from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization.Rob Le Busque, President of Asia Pacific & Japan at DXC, described the center as “a powerhouse for AI innovation, engineering excellence, and customer collaboration.” He added that the goal is to help customers create connected enterprises where people work alongside AI agents to run mission-critical systems.
