K.P.S. Menon Memorial Award for Chitra Visweswaran, K. Madhavan

The Sri Chettur Sankaran Nair Memorial Cultural Trust, Ottappalam, has chosen Bharata Natyam dancer Chitra Visweswaran and media entrepreneur K. Madhavan for the K.P.S. Menon Memorial Awards of 2024 and 2025 respectively.

Ms. Visweswaran was chosen for the 17^th edition of the award (2024) and Mr. Madhavan for the 18^th edition (2025).

Governor Rajendra Arlekar will give away the awards at CSN Auditorium, Kanniampuram, Ottappalam, on Thursday, December 18.

CSN Trust chairman P.T. Narendra Menon and secretary E.P. Chitresh Nair said here that Ms. Visweswaran and Mr. Madhavan were chosen for the award considering their contributions to their respective fields.

Former Chief Secretary K. Jayakumar was the first recipient of the KPS Menon Memorial Award in 2008.
