UPATS and Noida police arrested Sukhwinder Singh Dhillon, a Khalistan Commando Force terrorist, in Mohali after 31 years absconding.

A joint team of UPATS and Gautam Buddha Nagar police have arrested an absconding terrorist, belonging to the banned terrorist organization Khalistan Commando Force (KCF), in Punjab’s Mohali.
The terrorist apprehended by the joint ATS and Gautam Buddha Nagar police team, identified as Sukhwinder Singh Dhillon alias Dayal Singh alias Rakesh Sharma alias Chhinda, was an active member of the banned terrorist organization Khalistan Commando Force (CCF). The accused, Sukhwinder Singh, was arrested in Gautam Buddha Nagar with an AK-56 rifle and 121 cartridges and was produced before the court in 1993.
On December 9, 1993, the court granted bail in the case. After being released on bail on August 16, 1995, he was absconding for nearly 31 years, and an arrest warrant was issued against him by the court. The joint ATS and Gautam Buddha Nagar police team arrested accused Sukhwinder Singh alias Dayal Singh alias Rakesh Sharma alias Chhinda from SAS Nagar, Punjab, arrested.
