John and other people’s representatives will attend the function. Mayor V.V. Rajesh will be a special guest. Shashi Tharoor, MP, will speak.
General Education Principal Secretary Sharmila Mary Joseph, Director of General Education Asif K. Yusuf, district panchayat president V. Priyadarshini, and District Collector Anu Kumari will be present. On the occasion, Mr. Shamsudheen will gift sweets to students newly enrolled in Class I.
A 101-member organising committee has been formed for the smooth conduct of the event, with the Mayor as chairperson, Corporation education standing committee chairperson Chempazhanthy Udayan as vice-chairperson, and deputy director of education Sreeja Gopinath as general convener.
