Indian worker jailed in Singapore
FBI director Kash Patel's 26-year-old girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins has filed a $5 million defamation suit against former FBI agent-turned-podcaster Kyle M Seraphin. Wilkins accusing Seraphin of spreading false claims that she was “honeypotting” Patel on behalf of Israel.
She alleged that Seraphin, a “recovering FBI agent” made remarks that which were “categorically false” and were made with “actual malice.
” Wilkins, a country singer and political commentator began dating Patel in 2023 after meeting him at a Nashville party— well before he became FBI chief.Seraphin claimed Wilkins, “half his age,” was not just a country artist and Rumble commentator linked to John Rich and Dan Bongino, but also a “former Mossad agent” akin to Israel’s NSA. Mocking Patel, Seraphin added: “I’m sure that’s totally because she’s looking for a cross-eyed, thickish-built, almost 50-year-old Indian guy in America. Nothing to do with being close to the Trump administration.”The lawsuit, filed through attorney Jason Greaves, cites an August 22, 2025 episode of The Kyle Seraphin Show in which the podcaster said Patel “has his own little honeypot issue.” Calling the remarks “vile and ridiculous,” Greaves noted that Seraphin is “not Jewish, not Israeli, and has never set foot in Israel.”
“Defendant has even met Ms Wilkins and knows she is American, not Israeli, much less a Mossad agent,” the filing states. It further alleges Seraphin acted “knowingly, or with reckless disregard for the truth,” fabricating charges for personal profit by stoking outrage to boost his show’s audience.
