Actor Rohit Purohit, who essays the role of Armaan in Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is overwhelmed with the love pouring in for the show’s recent qawwali and musical sequences.

From grand visuals to emotional chemistry and energetic performances, the actor says the response from viewers has made all the hard work worthwhile.Talking about the recently aired episodes, Rohit shared that audiences connected to all the songs featured in the track, especially the emotional moments between Armaan and Abhira.“Over the last two episodes, people really loved that sequence. In fact, they loved all three songs.

The energy in all three songs was phenomenal, whether it was Armaan and Abhira’s Koi Bole Dariya Hai song or Hai Agar Dushman. The chemistry between the two in that song was really, really beautiful. Their expressions and little moments together were lovely, and the song itself is so beautiful,” he said. The actor also credited the team at Director’s Kut Productions for creating visually stunning musical sequences that elevate the storytelling.

According to Rohit, the effort that goes behind every song is immense and reflects beautifully on screen.“And DKP, the way they shoot songs and the way the whole team works hard on every song, is amazing. Whether it was the energy in the qawwali sequence or the dreamy duet song, they created a fog effect at the bottom, brought down chandeliers around us, and created a completely different world,” he shared.Rohit revealed that despite the demanding shoot schedules television actors work with, the atmosphere on set made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable.“It felt so special, and the amount of hard work we put in was matched by the amount of love the audience gave us by watching and appreciating both songs. The energy on set was amazing, but when people appreciate your work, the entire team’s energy increases even more,” he said. The actor went on to praise the entire production unit for making challenging sequences appear seamless on scre“Hats off to the entire DKP team for creating such an amazing environment for us to work in.

It’s beautiful, truly beautiful, and we are looking forward to more song sequences in the future,” Rohit added.Interestingly, Rohit admitted that he once felt nervous about performing in song sequences due to the limited rehearsal time television actors usually get. However, he says the support system on the sets of the show changed that experience completely.“There was a time when I used to be very scared of doing songs because, in television, you don’t get much time to rehearse your steps and everything. But the entire team is amazing. The choreographers, the direction team, and the production team all cooperate so well and make it look as effortless as it does in the episode,” he concluded.
