Academic interaction at Farook College

The Department of Economics, Farook College, Kozhikode, on Monday (November 10) hosted an international academic interaction as part of its international exchange programme under the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) faculty exchange programme initiative.

A release said that the event aimed to enhance cultural understanding and collaborative research between India and Ethiopia. RUSA Foreign Visiting Professor Tefera Berihun Taw, Associate Professor of Economics at Ethiopia Civil Service University, attended the event.

During his interactions with the faculty members, research scholars and students at the college, Mr. Taw emphasised the importance of academic cooperation in strengthening bilateral relations and fostering mutual understanding between India and Ethiopia.
