State govt. sanctions ₹7.79 crore for Kadamakudy backwater tourism project

The State government has issued an administrative sanction of ₹7.79 crore for the Kadamakudy backwater tourism project, K.N. Unnikrishnan MLA said.

Kadamakudy is a favourite destination for tourists and nature lovers alike, thanks to its backwaters and the presence of migratory birds, he said. “The people of Kadamakudy follow their own unique lifestyles and livelihoods. This tourism project will transform the very face of Kadamakudy,” he added.
