Witch Doctor In Ghana With 14 Children & Business Empire Claims He Cursed Harry Kane & Cristiano Ronaldo At World Cup

A Ghanian priest claimed to have put curses on football stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Harry Kane prior to his country's world cup matches against Portugal and England.

His name literally translates to “Devil of Wednesday" and he’s known in Ghana as a witch doctor.

Meet Nana Kwaku Bonsam, a witch doctor who made headlines after declaring he would put a curse on England captain Harry Kane, hoping to give Ghana an advantage in their FIFA World Cup group-stage meeting on Tuesday.

“I am working on Harry Kane," Bonsam told Daily Star. “I have shown what I am capable of before so I know what work I must do to stop him. I am very famous for my predictions. I am not wishing him serious injury. It will be just enough to stop him against my country. I will do my work so that it can help Ghana."

Kane failed to find the back of the net in a goalless draw with Ghana at Boston Stadium on Tuesday. He had scored twice in England’s 4–2 win over Croatia last week.

This is not the first time Bonsam has made such claims.

At the 2014 FIFA World Cup, Bonsam said he was responsible for the knee injury that Portugal superstar Cristiano Ronaldo suffered ahead of his team’s clash with Ghana.

“This injury can never be cured by any medic, they can never see what is causing the injury because it is spiritual. Today, it is his knee, tomorrow it is his thigh, next day it is something else," Bonsam had said.

Bonsam is no ordinary witch doctor.

According to The Indian Express, he owns a chain of schools and shrines, wears high-end tracksuits, owns a cattle farm, has 14 children, and drives a Cadillac.

Oh, and he once ran in a parliamentary election too.

Releasing The Curse On Kane

Following the goalless draw in Boston, Bonsam claimed that, now that Ghana has kept Kane quiet, he is going to lift the curse that prevented the England captain from scoring.

“I am the most powerful spiritualist in the whole world now I am going to release Harry Kane so that his next match he can score a goal harry I will come and visit you ok we are brothers I love you soo much," Bonsam wrote in a post on Facebook.
