A week after the Madhya Pradesh High Court declared the disputed Bhojshala complex in the Dhar district a temple, the administration has ramped up security at the complex, allowing the Hindu side to perform puja.
For the first time in 721 years, Hindu religious rituals were held at Bhojshala, followed by a Maha Aarti, sparking enthusiasm and drawing massive crowds at the site.
Meanwhile, on the first Friday since the ruling — amid apprehensions that some groups might attempt to offer namaz at the complex — a video of the Dhar Superintendent of Police (SP) is going viral online. In the now-viral clip, SP Sachin Sharma is seen warning troublemakers not to violate the law.
“By Thursday evening, everyone had enough time to spread whatever misinformation they wanted."“Now, only the law will prevail. If anyone has the guts, let them try to disturb the atmosphere at Bhojshala on Jumma. The action will be beyond what they can even imagine."

“Anyone who has the guts or believes they can challenge the law should try tomorrow (Friday). We are fully prepared, and strict action will be taken against them," Sharma said in the viral clip.
He warned the law and order would prevail at any cost, stressing no one should try to spread distorted information or false information regarding the court’s order on social media. The officer was also seen chanting ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ as he ended his speech.
In another video, SP Sharma was seen inspecting security arrangements at the site of Bhojshala on horseback, with a heavy police force accompanying him.

About Madhya Pradesh HC Order
A bench of Justices Vijay Kumar Shukla and Alok Awasthi quashed the 2003 ASI arrangement “to the extent restricting the right of Hindus to worship within the Bhojshala complex and also the order permitting prayer by the Muslim community."
The High Court ruled that the religious character of the disputed monument was Bhojshala, a temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati.
