The International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials (ARCI), Hyderabad, and the School of Engineering Sciences and Technology (SEST), University of Hyderabad (UoH), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in research, teaching and training, and innovation.
The MoU was signed ARCI director R. Vijay, and UoH Registrar Devesh Nigam in the presence of SEST Dean J. Gautam, R&D director S.L. and others. The pact is for undertaking joint R&D projects of national importance, providing student internships and dissertation opportunities for M.Tech. and Ph.D. scholars, facilitating faculty–scientist exchanges and resource sharing and promoting joint publications, patents, and technology transfer initiatives, said a press release on Thursday.
