Mumbai: Healing is not the absence of pain, but the quiet courage to sit with it, listen to it, and choose compassion and this is where Dr. Tejashwini Basavanneppa Harti’s journey truly began. As a student of Ayurveda, she learned to read the body not just as a system, but as a story. She noticed that many who came seeking relief were also carrying unspoken emotions & grief folded into breath, stress stored in muscles, silence settling into illness. From this awareness grew her belief that healing must be whole, tending gently to the body, the mind, and the heart together.
After completing her Master’s in Panchakarma, Dr. Tejashwini moved to Australia in 2022, carrying ancient wisdom across continents and into a modern world. With time, her work deepened, and so did her listening. She met women who moved through life with strength and grace, yet carried invisible wounds, trauma held quietly, guilt worn as duty, exhaustion masked as resilience. Healing, she realised, had to reach deeper than symptoms; it had to touch the subconscious where stories live.
Guided by this calling, she became a certified hypnotherapist, expanding her work into trauma-informed and subconscious healing. Today, she stands at the gentle intersection of Ayurveda and emotional wellness, helping women return to themselves back to their bodies, their emotions, and the strength they were never meant to abandon.
Now, as a finalist representing Australia at Haute Monde Mrs India Worldwide – Season 15, her presence on stage carries more than ambition. It carries intention. She stands for women who were taught to adjust instead of speak, to endure instead of feel, to stay quiet even when their inner world was asking for care.
She holds deep gratitude for the Haute Monde Mrs India Worldwide platform for recognising that a woman’s power is not only in how she shines, but in how she heals; for offering a stage where stories are honoured, voices are reclaimed, and womanhood is seen in its most honest, whole form.
Through her work and her presence, Dr. Tejashwini does not ask women to become someone new, she invites them to release what was never theirs to carry. To soften without fear, to speak without guilt, to heal without apology. Her journey is a quiet affirmation that strength does not need permission and wholeness does not need proof. In a world that often asks women to endure, she offers something far more powerful: the space to be whole, honest, and free.
