Telangana number one in country in online audit systems, says Deputy CM

Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has asserted that the Telangana Audit department has emerged as number one in the country for three consecutive terms with highest standards in online auditing.

He said that all the systems in the State were functioning robustly. The Deputy Chief Minister, who also holds the Finance portfolio, was addressing a delegation of senior officials from Gujarat audit department who were in Hyderabad to study online auditing systems.

The delegation informed the Deputy Chief Minister that they visited several Gram Panchayats in the State over the past two days to study the online systems and said the auditing system in the State was functioning transparently and efficiently. Mr. Bhatti Vikramarka assured full support and cooperation for the delegation’s study of the Audit department’s functioning and said officials concerned would extend complete assistance to help them understand the processes
